Laura then worked as an After-School Instructor at the Community Learning Center Eckstein Middle School in 2010, followed by a position as a Summer Program Teaching Assistant at the Seattle Parks and Recreation in 2011. In the same year, Laura joined Whole Foods Market as a Customer Service Associate, where they provided excellent customer service and maintained attractive displays. From 2011 to 2015, Laura took on multiple roles at Lehman Learning Solutions, including Educational Coach, Learning Specialist, and Administrative Assistant. In this role, they provided individualized instruction, coordinated with teachers and parents, and summarized measurable outcomes. Laura also served as an Editor for The Roosie at the Roosevelt Neighborhood Association from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Campaign Manager for Neighbors for Tony Provine, where they managed various aspects of the campaign.
