Melissa Tsuei

Melissa Tsuei is an experienced manager in early childhood education and social services, currently serving as the Manager of the Action for Early Learning initiative at People's Emergency Center since October 2019. This initiative focuses on building an early education support system for families in the West Philadelphia Promise Zone. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Lead Home Visitor at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia from December 2013 to October 2019, where the focus was on providing child-development centered home visits for families living in poverty. Melissa's career began as a Residential Program Supervisor at The Pathway School from September 2001 to January 2007. Melissa Tsuei holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Tulane University, earned in 2001.
