Joseph Le Roy, LICSW, serves as the President & CEO of HopeSparks Family Services, where responsibilities include oversight as Program Director of Clinical Services and Director of Operations. Joseph has extensive experience in mental health, having worked as a Mental Health Therapist at both HopeSparks Family Services and Navigate Wellness, PLLC. Prior experience includes serving as a Youth Services Case Manager/Supervisor at Pierce County Alliance. Joseph earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington between 2004 and 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Montana, obtained from 1998 to 2000.
