Support and Coordination Team

The Support and Coordination Team at HopeTree Family Services is dedicated to ensuring comprehensive care and seamless operations for at-risk children, youth, and adults with intellectual disabilities. Comprised of varied roles including Clinical Coordinators, Foster Care Case Managers, Direct Support Professionals, Mental Health Clinicians, and Recruiters, this team ensures proper support, training, and placement of foster families, manages individual care plans, and facilitates mental health and developmental services.
