Mike Carroll has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Mike began their career as Vice President of Human Resources at Caesars Entertainment Corporation in 1993 and held this role until 1998. From 1998 to 2001, they worked as Vice President of Human Resources at PepsiCo's Frito-Lay, Inc. subsidiary. In 2001, they joined Bank of America as SVP of Human Resources and remained in this position until 2018. Currently, Mike is the Director of Human Resources at HopeWay, a role they have held since 2018.
Mike Carroll has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Washington and Lee University. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management.
