Sharla Randazzo

Sharla Randazzo, MSW, LICSW, currently serves as the Senior Regional Director at HopeWell Inc since March 2024 and is also an Adjunct Professor at the Boston College Graduate School of Social Work since September 2017. Previously, Sharla held significant roles at The Home for Little Wanderers, including Senior Director of Outpatient Services and Director of Transitional Age Youth Programs from September 2020 to February 2024. Additionally, Sharla was the Director of Social Emotional Programming at Somerville Public Schools from July 2018 to July 2020 and served as Clinical Director at Walker from August 2015 to July 2018. Earlier experience includes roles at Cambridge Health Alliance and The Home for Little Wanderers, as well as clinical positions at Pembroke Hospital. Sharla Randazzo earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Siena University.
