Steven J. Jerina

Steven J. Jerina, MPA, CAP®, currently serves as the Director of Development, Regional at Rollins College, focusing on major gifts and alumni engagement across various U.S. regions. Prior to this role, Steven worked as a Donor Services Specialist at the Omaha Community Foundation, assisting individuals and organizations with charitable processes and managing the Omaha Venture Group. At Doane University, Steven held positions as Annual Fund Director and Development Officer, where leadership was provided for annual giving strategies and donor relations. Earlier experience includes managing relationships with businesses as Division Director at United Way of the Midlands and developing leadership giving plans. Steven holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science from Doane University.
