Nazli Nadem

Nazli Nadem is the Co-Founder and co-CEO of HopHR, a company that provides an AI-powered platform to help businesses with their hiring needs. Prior to HopHR, Nazli was a Technical Recruiter at Flexton Inc. and the Chief Operating Officer at ARSAM Management Consulting.

At ARSAM, Nazli was responsible for consulting with business partners on all HR related functions, coaching employees and managers on change management and team building, and managing talent acquisition and performance management strategies. Nazli was also responsible for developing partnership with various clients to address diversity, inclusion, and global perspective. Under their leadership, the company was able to improve its HR policies and procedures, which increased personal and organizational effectiveness.

Nazli’s experience in both the private and public sector has given their a unique perspective on the importance of effective HR management. This experience has been invaluable in their current role as the Co-Founder and CEO of HopHR.

Nazli Nadem has a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Tehran.
