Betsy Frost has a long and varied work experience. Betsy began their career as an Economic Development Fellow for Sonoma County Economic Development Board in 1998. In 2000, they moved to The Motley Fool, where they served as Product & Innovation Manager. In 2005, they joined General Mills as a Marketing Director, Convenience & Foodservice Portfolio. Over the course of their time at General Mills, they were promoted to Business Unit Director, Kid Yogurt, Natural & Organic Yogurt & Strategic Growth Customers, Marketing Director, Yoplait, Senior Marketing Manager, Disruptive Innovation – Cereal, Senior Marketing Manager, Adult Cereal Brands, Marketing Manager, Brand Expansion Initiative, and Associate Marketing Manager. In 2019, they left General Mills to become the Founder/Principal of 20 Winding Strategic Consulting and President, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer of DRY Soda Co. In 2022, they moved to Hoplark as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, and also served as a Mentor for SKU and an Advisor for Maazah Chutney.
Betsy Frost attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained their MBA. Betsy then attended Brown University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geology and Urban Studies.
