Jan Rabeneck

Jan Rabeneck has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They started their career as a Trainee in Personalmanagement at HOPPECKE Batteries in October 2017 and then worked as an HR Business Partner until June 2020. Later, they became the Head of Human Resources BP (After-) Sales & Administration from June 2020 to August 2023. In July 2023, they took on the role of Head of Human Resources Recruiting & Employee Relations. Prior to this, Jan had a Masterand position in Personalmanagement at HOPPECKE Batterien GmbH & Co. KG from April 2017 to July 2017, and also worked as a Werkstudent in Personalmanagement from November 2016 to March 2017. They gained further experience as a Praktikant in Personalentwicklung at Continental in August 2016 and as a Praktikant in Personalmanagement at TRILUX Deutschland from June 2014 to August 2014.

Jan Rabeneck completed a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie at Ruhr University Bochum from 2012 to 2015. Jan then pursued a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie at the same university from 2012 to 2017.
