Denise Daley

Denise Daley is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources operations and payroll administration. Currently serving as the Regional Head of HR Operations for the Americas at Umicore since September 2006, Denise provides consulting to North American business units on HR matters, manages legally compliant payroll programs for US employees, and oversees key performance indicator reporting. Prior to Umicore, Denise worked as a Payroll Administrator at Lutheran Family Services in the Carolinas from August 2004 to September 2006, where responsibilities included processing payroll for approximately 300 employees, managing payroll interfaces, and resolving tax situations in collaboration with the payroll vendor ADP. Denise earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Shaw University in 2004.
