Stefano de Paolis

Stefano De Paolis has a diverse and extensive work experience. Stefano began their career as a Business Strategy Analyst at CAST Management Consultants in 1993. Stefano then worked as a Senior Consultant at A.T. Kearney from 1995 to 1999. Stefano then joined Bain & Company as a Case Team Leader from 1999 to 2003. Stefano then worked as an Operations Manager at Torch Sed srl from 2003 to 2004 and as an Associate Director at Finalta by McKinsey from 2005 to 2007. Stefano then joined Roland Berger as a Senior Project Manager from 2007 to 2010. Stefano's next position was at Stoll Italia s.r.l., where they held multiple roles including Managing Director from 2010 to 2015. Stefano currently serves as the Managing Director - Italia at HOPPECKE Batteries since September 2015.

Stefano De Paolis completed their undergraduate education at the Deutsche Schule Rom from 1983 to 1986, where they earned an "Abitur" degree.
