Torsten Schrauf has had a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Torsten started their career as a Controller at Thyssen Haniel Logistic GmbH in 1996. From there, they moved on to DuPont Performance Coatings, where they held multiple roles including Group Lead Reporting, Audits & Projects, Supply Chain Supervisor, SAP Implementation Manager & Traffic Coordinator, Customer Service Manager, and Loyalty Program Manager. In 2009, they joined TCC, where they worked as a Project Manager before moving on to become the Senior Project Manager & Head of Program Management for various regions. In 2016, they joined Syngenta Seeds GmbH as a Sales & Operations Planning Manager for EMEA and later became the Integrated Business Planning Manager for EMEA. In 2018, they joined Blackhawk Engagement Solutions GmbH as the Director of Key Account Management & Operations. Currently, Torsten Schrauf is the Head of Customer Service & Order Planning and the Global Process Manager Sales-to-Cash at HOPPECKE Batterien GmbH & Co. KG, a position they have held since May 2019.
Torsten Schrauf earned a Master's Degree in Industrial and Managerial Economics from TU Dortmund University, from 1990 to 1995. In addition to their degree, they obtained a Diplom-Kaufmann certification from the Wirtschafts- und sozialwissenschaftliche Fakultät Universität Dortmund in November 1995. Torsten also completed the Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate of Achievement from DuPont Performance Coatings in October 2007. Moreover, Torsten Schrauf participated in the ESADE Middle Leader Development Program at ESADE Business & Law School in September 2008.
