Olivier Mirandette

Olivier Mirandette is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Hopper since August 2025, Olivier leads the engineering team for the commerce division. Concurrently, Olivier acts as a Technical Advisor for Procero, providing expertise to the executive committee. Prior experience includes VP of Engineering at Poka Inc., where Olivier oversaw the development of a leading connected worker platform, and VP Product Engineering at Plusgrade, where Olivier successfully expanded the engineering team in Montreal. Previously, at Guavus, Olivier managed a large engineering team and contributed significantly to the LiveOps analytics product. As a Founding Engineer and Chief Software Architect at Neuralitic Systems, Olivier played a key role in developing innovative marketing solutions for mobile service operators. Olivier holds a Specialized Graduate Degree in Software Engineering from École de technologie supérieure and is certified as a Cloudera Developer for Apache Hadoop.
