Josette Lee has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, serving in various roles including Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Bartender at Hops n Drops since November 2018. Prior to this, Josette worked as an Insurance Specialist at State Farm Agent from January 2018 to November 2018 and as a Substitute Teacher through Kelly Services from December 2016 to November 2017. The early career included positions as Headwaiter and Server at Carrabba's Italian Grill from May 2014 to January 2017. Josette holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and a minor in Writing and Rhetoric from the University of Central Florida, along with an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Polk State College.

Hops n Drops was founded in 2009 in Bonney Lake, Washington. A favorite neighborhood gathering place specializing in friendly hospitality, ice cold beer poured at 34', hand formed 100% Angus beef burgers and real fruit icy drops served in a glass made of ice. A culture based on trust, quality service and community giving. Together with our generous guests and team members, we have proudly donated over $1.5 million to local charities since 2009. We celebrate Hops n Drops team members who unselfishly support community by volunteering hundreds of hours each year at local shelters, food banks, animal sanctuaries and other non-profits and humanitarian services. Currently there are 22 Hops n Drops locations serving Washington, Oregon, and Colorado with plans for continued expansion. We are always looking for great people to grow with us!
