Andy Shanks

Andy Shanks has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andy currently holds the position of Director Support & Success at Hopsworks since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Elastic as a Senior Director, Technical Support from November 2020 to February 2022, and as a Director, Technical Support from April 2017 to November 2020. Andy also has experience at Cloudmark, where they held various roles such as Senior Director Technical Services & Support, International from February 2016 to March 2017, Director - International Technical Support from April 2014 to January 2016, Manager - EMEA Support from July 2010 to March 2014, Senior Support Engineer from February 2009 to July 2010, and Support Engineer from February 2008 to February 2009. Andy Shanks also worked as a Customer Solutions Engineer at Bizanga from September 2007 to February 2008, and as a Senior Support Engineer at Openwave from 2003 to 2007.

Andy Shanks attended Queen's University Belfast from 1991 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
