Michal Beregovoy

Michal Beregovoy has worked in the IT industry since 2007. In 2007, they worked as a System Analyst at Argos, LLC. From 2011 to 2017, they were a Project Manager at OOO Komapaniya Tenzor, where they managed a legally significant system of electronic documents, as well as provided pre-sales, coaching and mentoring. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Crystal Service as a Business Consultant, where they implemented self-service solutions for the largest Russian retailers. In 2020, they began their current role as Team Lead, Customer Success Management at Flex Databases, where they manage eClinical platform implementation projects to help customers achieve their business goals, as well as coaches and mentors the PM's Team.

Michal Beregovoy obtained a Specialist degree in Information security organization and technology from ITMO University between 2001 and 2007. Additionally, in December 2021, they obtained the TEAMLEAD101 certification from STRATOPLAN MANAGEMENT SCHOOL.
