Richard Hoptroff

Co-Founder & Chief Time Officer at Hoptroff

Richard Hoptroff is the co-founder and Chief Time Officer at Hoptroff. Prior to this, they owned HexWax Ltd, a company that supplied application-specific microcontrollers, and Flexipanel Ltd, a company that manufactured wireless radio modules. Richard also has experience working in data mining, having led a team of 20 developers to produce a data mining software suite while working at Cognos. Richard Hoptroff has been in the business world for over 25 years and has a wealth of experience in various aspects of business.

Richard Hoptroff completed their PhD in Physics at King's College London. Richard then did a postdoc in Archaeology at RLAHA, Oxford University. Richard has a BSc in Physics from the University of London.

Richard Hoptroff reports to Tim Richards, CEO. They are on a team with Ian Baldeosingh - VP, Technology, Nancy Scott - Corporate Projects Director, and Kathy Adams - Finance Director.
