Dion Reid currently serves as the Associate Director of College Counseling at Horace Mann School, a role held since July 2024. Previously, Dion Reid was the Dean of Financial Aid and Associate Director of College Counseling at Rye Country Day School from August 2014 to August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of College Counseling at CollegeBound Initiative - The Young Women's Leadership School of East Harlem and Health Opportunities High School between 2005 and 2014, alongside a managerial position in the Coaching Program. Additionally, Dion Reid worked as an Educational Counselor at New Settlement Apartments College Access Center from 2002 to 2005. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Wesleyan University, obtained from 1996 to 2002, with earlier education at Riverdale Country School.
