Sadie Smith

Sadie Smith is an experienced educator and outdoor leader currently serving as the John Dorr Nature Lab Assistant Teacher at Horace Mann School since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Elon University as a Campus Tour Guide and Elon Outdoors Team Lead, where responsibilities included managing staff, budgeting, and facilitating outdoor trips. Sadie also served as a Summer Instructor with Adventure Risk Challenge, leading wilderness experiences for youth, and worked as an intern at XHIBITION, focusing on media outreach. In addition, Sadie coordinated the Adventures in Leadership program for first-year students at Elon University and has experience as a camp counselor and teaching assistant. Sadie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications and International & Global Studies from Elon University.
