Carrie Reed

Carrie Reed is an accomplished eLearning Instructional Designer at Horace Mann since May 2016, with extensive experience in developing eLearning course offerings using tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Responsibilities include creating departmental training materials across various platforms, consulting with subject matter experts to identify training gaps, and maintaining training curricula. Carrie also serves as the Claims Learning Management System administrator and has played a key role in redesigning onboarding processes.
