Dana Pace has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career as an Announcer at WCIC FM in 1993, where they also hosted a progressive radio show and produced radio programs. In 1995, they worked as the Radio Promotions Director for Forefront Records, focusing on artist promotion and support for radio stations. From 1997 to 2001, Dana served as the General Manager for GKC Theaters. They then transitioned to the field of education, working as an Instructor at New Horizons Computer Learning Center, where they taught software courses. In 2002, Dana joined St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as a Regional Coordinator, providing fundraising assistance and coordinating national programs. They then moved on to work for the American Cancer Society as a Sr. Development Representative, handling event planning and logistics, volunteer management, and marketing campaigns. In 2012, Dana joined Samaritan Ministries International as a Business Intelligence Analyst and eventually became the Director of Data and Software Development, leading various teams and implementing automated BI solutions. They also served as Manager of Software Development and Business Intelligence and later became a BI Analyst / Product Manager. In 2022, Dana transitioned to Horace Mann as a Manager and later Director of Information Technology, focusing on digital optimization and user experience. They have implemented improvements in workflow and delivery times. Overall, Dana brings a wealth of experience in technology, project management, fundraising, and leadership.

Dana Pace earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Intelligence Studies from American Military University in 2012. Before that, Dana obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts from Illinois Central College in 2007. Dana also holds a number of certifications, including being a Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner, a Certified Scrum Professional®-ScrumMaster, an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITILF), a Certified ScrumMaster, an ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), a Certified Scrum Product Owner, a Microsoft Office Master Instructor, and a Web Design Associate.
