Debra Partington

Debra Johannson Partington, CPCU, currently serves as Vice President P&C Claims at Horace Mann, a position held since September 2021. Debra has extensive experience in property and casualty claims management, having previously been Vice President of Property Claims at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance from 2018 to February 2020, where leadership was provided for managing claims across 48 jurisdictions. Prior to this, Debra spent 30 years at State Farm, where roles included P&C Claims Manager, Director of Integrated Solutions, and Consultant in Enterprise Change Adoption. Noteworthy achievements include overseeing auto claims operations for 34 jurisdictions, managing significant IT investments, and leading a department of 340 employees through substantial market fluctuations in the Florida property market. Debra holds a B.S. in Public and Corporate Communications from Butler University.
