Joe McCann

Joe McCann has a diverse work experience spanning roles in information technology services, finance, and restaurant management. Joe began their career as a Desktop/Production Support at MorphoTrust USA™, where they worked with state and federal clients to process fingerprint record scans. McCann then moved on to Prudential Financial, where they served as a Financial Professional Associate, offering insurance and financial products. Joe later joined Taco Bell, first as a Desktop Support Analyst, then as a Help Desk Supervisor/Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and finally as an Implementation Project Manager. In these positions, they deployed technology solutions, led software testing teams, and coordinated PC upgrades and field service support. McCann also worked at Price Waterhouse Coopers as an Associate Consultant, contracting out to Taco Bell and manning a large restaurant support Help Desk. Currently, they serve as the Director of Information Technology Services at Horace Mann, overseeing the IT department.

Joe McCann attended Santa Ana College from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained an A.A. degree in Liberal Arts. Joe then went on to study at Hope International University from 2010 to 2012, focusing on Christian Ministry and completing coursework towards a B.S. degree. From 2012 to 2014, Joe attended Lincoln Christian University, earning a B.A. degree in Leadership and Management.
