Joshua M. Lamers has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Joshua M. began their career as a Sales Executive at Sweet Life Enterprises in June 2000. In October 2001, they founded and became the Owner and President of Silver State Educators Insurance and Financial Services, a full-service agency specializing in serving the education sector in the greater Las Vegas area. In November 2011, they started Joshua Tree Insurance and Financial Services LLC, where they worked as the Owner and President for five years, catering to the insurance and financial needs of the educational community in Mohave County and Northwest Arizona. Joshua M. sold this exclusive agency in November 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Account Executive at The Horace Mann Companies from 2001 to 2008. Overall, Lamers has demonstrated their expertise and commitment to serving the insurance and financial needs of the education community throughout their career.

Joshua M. Lamers completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Grand Valley State University from 1994 to 1998. In 2002 to 2003, they pursued a degree in Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, and Estate Planning from The American College of Financial Services. In addition, they obtained the LUTCF certification in 2003 from the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and the LACP certification in June 2018 from the same institution.
