Tara Kirk holds multiple professional certifications, including ACS, AINS, AIS, and API. With a career spanning over two decades, Tara has been with Horace Mann since July 2004, holding positions such as Manager of Agreement Compliance and Manager of Contact Center Operations, as well as serving as an Agreement Compliance Consultant. Prior to that, Tara worked at Computer Sciences Corporation from June 1997 to November 2001 as a Supervisor in the New Business Department, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of 20 employees in the processing of life insurance applications and contributing to customer service training initiatives.
