Winona Havir, CPCU, CLF, LUTCF, FSS, AIC, LACP, currently leads the Diversity Task Force Resources Working Group at the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) while serving as a Board Trustee, advocating for the importance of insurance in financial planning. As Executive Vice President of Business Development at Educators Insurance Resource Services Inc., Winona is dedicated to supporting educators in achieving their financial goals. Winona is a founding member and past president of Women In Insurance & Financial Services, promoting career advancement for women in the industry. Expertise includes extensive roles in agency leadership, recruiting, and claims at State Farm Insurance Companies, complemented by involvement in national initiatives to empower women and develop leadership within the field. Educational qualifications feature a Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate from Cornell University, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Asian Studies and Asian-American Studies from California State University, Long Beach.
