Marc Briant-Terlet has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Marc started their career in 2009 as a Co-founder and Strategy & Business Director at Hell's Kitchen, an innovative marketing agency. During their time there, they achieved significant results for clients such as Vans, Dockers, and Comme des Garçons, including doubling website traffic and increasing social media following.

In 2012, Marc joined Omnicom Public Relations Group as the Head of Digital & Creative Strategy Lead. In this role, they handled digital marketing strategies for clients like Google, Youtube, and Mondelez International. Marc also oversaw the strategy practice for the French office, training consultants and developing effective methodologies for impactful brand strategies.

Marc has also worked as a Contributing Writer for Man/Woman Shows magazine, a Fashion Marketing Lecturer at La Fabrique - Ecole Supérieure des Industries du Vêtement, and a Guest Lecturer on business innovation at INSEEC.

Furthermore, they have freelanced as a writer for Snatch magazine, Les Inrockuptibles, and Conde Nast. In addition, they served as a Teaching Assistant at HEC Montreal, where they assisted in teaching marketing and communications, including developing lessons and grading tests.

Most recently, Marc Briant-Terlet co-founded Horace in 2016, where they currently serve as the CEO and Co-founder.

Marc Briant-Terlet's education history includes a Master of Science in Administration degree from HEC Montréal, which they completed from 2009 to 2012. During this time, they focused on the field of study of Marketing. Prior to their master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration from HEC Montréal as well, covering the areas of Marketing and Management, from 2005 to 2008. Marc also had the opportunity to study abroad and participate in an exchange semester at Hanken School of Economics in 2007, where they further developed their knowledge in Marketing. Before entering university, they attended Hector Berlioz from 2004 to 2005, where they pursued Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Écoles with a specialization in Economic and Commercial studies.
