Eirik S Næss

Eirik S Næss is an experienced educator and engineer with a diverse background in teaching and automation. Currently serving as a Teacher at Vestland fylkeskommune since August 2023, Eirik has also been teaching at Hammerfest videregående skole since August 2021, focusing on electrical, automation, and mechanical subjects. Eirik has held multiple roles in the engineering sector, including Senior Engineer at Karsten Moholt AS and LOS Elektro AS, where responsibilities included project management and technical oversight. With significant involvement in knowledge building as a member of the training committee for motor and transformer repair professions at both Hordaland and Rogaland fylkeskommuner, Eirik has been instrumental in the approval of skilled worker certificates. Eirik’s educational qualifications include degrees in Automation Engineering Technology and Technical Design, with ongoing studies in Pedagogy at UiT - The Arctic University of Norway.
