Dean Rattenbury

Dean Rattenbury has extensive experience in operations and performance management within the automotive and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Capability Group Lead for Propulsion & Electromobility and Capability Group Leader for Energy Efficiency (Test) at HORIBA MIRA since June 2021, Dean previously held the position of Test Delivery Manager at the same organization from April 2018 to January 2020. Prior roles include Head of Operations and Performance and MPS Contract Manager at Babcock International Group from December 2015 to May 2018, as well as National Operations Manager at BT Fleet from May 2005 to June 2015. Dean's educational background includes studies at Thurrock College.
