Rachael Kennedy

Rachael Kennedy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management within the engineering sector. Currently serving as the Head of Highway Safety & Protection of Infrastructure at HORIBA MIRA since January 2015, Rachael leads various projects while ensuring stakeholder engagement and adherence to quality and budget standards. Prior to this, Rachael held positions at Pera Technology as a Senior Portfolio & Project Manager, managing government and privately funded projects, and at Meggitt PLC, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Programme Manager to Project Engineer, overseeing critical project deliveries and engineering teams. Rachael's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and Management and a First Class Honours Bachelor's degree in Engineering, both from Loughborough University.
