Aditya Basu FRM® has worked in a variety of roles throughout their professional career. In 2021, they began working as a Business Analytics Manager, Business Analyst, and Business Development Analyst for Horizm. In 2019, they started working as a Credit Risk Analyst, Credit Monitoring Group for ICICI Bank, where they managed a portfolio of 65 companies from the Pharmaceutical and Logistics sectors with a total exposure of approximately $2 billion. Aditya analysed the credit risk profile of corporate borrowers on the basis of quantitative and qualitative factors and analysed the end-use of working capital and term loans, with the aim of providing early warning signals regarding possible deterioration in credit quality. In 2017, they were an Intern for Rising Pune Supergiant and an Associate for The Editorial Team for The Indian Economist. In 2016, they were an Intern for ICICI Bank.

Aditya Basu FRM® has a comprehensive educational background. Aditya obtained their ISC from La Martiniere For Boys in 2015, a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Minor: Finance) from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) between 2015 and 2018, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Football Business from The FBA - The Football Business Academy from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM®) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) in September 2022 and a FIFA Integrity E-Learning Tutorial certification from FIFA in November 2020.
