Doug Wolfe currently serves as Executive Vice President at Horizon Bank, a role held since 2019, and is also a Private Investor, Advisor, and Consultant at Lobo Alemán. Previous positions include Vice President at Outdoor Voices, Chief Operating Officer at People Pattern, and various leadership roles at Facebook, focusing on operations and user engagement in the Austin office. Doug has an extensive background in academia as an Assistant Professor of Naval Science at Northwestern University and the Illinois Institute of Technology, as well as military experience as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Doug holds an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from Taylor University.
