Ramona Anderson is an experienced executive in the banking sector, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at Horizon Bank since October 2010. In this role, Ramona oversees compliance and audit functions, focusing on lending, deposit compliance, BSA/AML compliance, fair lending, and CRA compliance. Prior to Horizon Bank, Ramona held the position of Senior Vice President, Compliance Officer, and Information Security Officer at Woodlands Bank from April 2007 to June 2009, where responsibilities included compliance testing, policy writing, and reporting to executive management and the board. Ramona holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with Financial Applications from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration in Economics and Finance from Tarleton State University.
