Andrew Kelpsa

Andrew Kelpsa has a strong background in commercial lending and banking. Andrew currently holds the position of Vice President Senior Commercial Loan Officer at Horizon Bank since August 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Vice President Commercial Lending at Inland Bank and Trust from May 2016 to August 2023. Before that, they served as a Vice President Middle Market at Fifth Third Bank from January 2014 to April 2016. Andrew also held the position of Vice President Commercial Lending at WinTrust - Your Software Testing Company from April 2011 to January 2014, and at First Midwest Bank from June 2004 to April 2011.
