Bill Gertner

Bill Gertner has extensive work experience at Horizon Bank. Bill started in 2004 as a Customer Service Representative and later became a Branch Manager, where they achieved continued sales growth and managed the branch's cash logistics. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Assistant Vice President Business Banker Level 4, specializing in small business lending and business development. From 2016 to 2017, Bill worked as an Assistant Vice President Credit Analyst, evaluating credit data and financial information. Currently, they are serving as an Assistant Vice President Commercial Loan Officer II, responsible for commercial loan growth and business development, and managing a portfolio size of $70MM. Bill'sareas of expertise include commercial real estate, construction lending, franchise lending, and municipal financing.

Bill Gertner attended Purdue University Northwest and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management in 2004. In the same year, they also obtained a State of Indiana Real Estate Salesperson License.
