Jim Paul

Jim Paul currently serves as SVP Head of Retail Banking at Horizon Bank, overseeing 73 branches across Michigan and Indiana since September 2022, where responsibilities include strategic execution of branch distribution, network transformation, digital integration, and system implementation.
