Kathi Tilling

Kathi Tilling, SPHR, SCP, currently serves as the HR Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Horizon Bank since May 2014. Previously, Kathi held the position of Human Resources Director and Supported Living Manager at Opportunity Enterprises, Inc. from October 2006 to May 2014. Kathi's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Human Resource Specialist at Blue Chip Casino Hotel Spa from September 1999 to October 2006. Kathi earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Indiana University Bloomington in 1988 and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Physical Education and Sport Science from the same institution in 1987.
