Cristina Ehlert

Cristina Ehlert has over 20 years of experience in human resources management. Cristina is currently the Vice President of People at Horizon Brands since April 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Command Packaging from April 2016 to April 2018. Cristina also held positions as the Director of Human Resources at Oakwood Worldwide from July 2012 to April 2016, as well as the Director/Senior Manager of Human Resources at Arbonne International & Levlad LLC from January 2009 to July 2012. Cristina has experience managing HR, safety, and payroll departments, as well as providing guidance in labor relations, compliance, recruitment, compensation, benefits, organizational development, and training functions. Cristina has also supervised teams of varying sizes throughout their career.

Cristina Ehlert attended California State University, Long Beach from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2006, they also obtained a Certificate in Essentials of Human Resource Management from the Institute of Applied Management & Law (IAML).
