Vineet Somakumar

Vineet Somakumar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and sales within the telecommunications and media sectors. As CEO of Horizon Broadband Private Limited since October 2017, Vineet oversees strategic initiatives and company growth. Previously, Vineet served as Vice President & General Manager at Xperio Labs Ltd. and held various leadership roles at Ericsson, including Head of Media Sales & TV-Media Practice, Director Sales for SAARC Countries & Sub Saharan Africa, and Regional Sales Manager for SAARC Countries. Additional experience includes positions at Scientific Atlanta Inc., C-Cor Inc., Siemens, Alcatel Business Systems, and Enkay Telecom. Vineet Somakumar possesses a PGCBM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BE in Electronics & Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai.
