Kurt Willoughby

Kurt Willoughby is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and operations. Currently serving as District Manager at Horizon Cable Services Inc. since March 2018, Kurt also held the position of District Manager at Hoisting Wire Rope & Sling from September 2010 to March 2018.
