WIN a person to Jesus Christ (Mark 16:15) DISCIPLE a person in Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19-20) SEND a person for Jesus Christ (Acts 1:8) We believe that Horizon Christian Fellowship has been called by God as a body of believers to fulfill the Great Commission to "Go and Make Disciples."​ This involves spreading the Gospel through Outreach, Evangelism, and Missions, as well as a ministry to the whole body in the areas of Children's, Youth, Men's, Women's, Singles, Couples, Adult Education, Music, Small Groups (Home Fellowships), Pastoral Care, Horizon Prep Preschool, Horizon Prep, and many other areas.
