Kathryn Bauer

Kathryn Bauer has extensive experience in event management and leadership, currently serving as Event Manager and Event Coordinator at Horizon Community Church since March 2021, where Kathryn successfully leads 20-30 events annually while coordinating cross-departmental efforts and communication with external parties. Previously, as President of the Fine Arts Boosters at Miami Valley Christian Academy from January 2017 to December 2020, Kathryn significantly increased fundraising efforts by over seven times and expanded program focus to encompass all Academy students. Earlier in their career, Kathryn worked as Project Director at Cintas from March 1998 to June 2002, where Kathryn led a team focused on customer satisfaction and operational improvements. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Miami University.
