Shanon Rieman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development within the credit union sector. Currently serving as the VP of People Strategy at Horizon Credit Union since October 2010, Shanon has played vital roles in driving talent management and leadership development strategies to enhance organizational performance. Prior to Horizon Credit Union, Shanon held several leadership and training positions at Global Credit Union and Spokane Teachers Credit Union, where responsibilities included managing internal training initiatives and performance consulting. Shanon's career began at Pitney Bowes, where foundational experience in customer support and quality assurance was gained. Shanon also holds a Certificate in Human Performance Improvement from Whitworth University.
