Leslie Gapter

Leslie Gapter is a Scientific Trainer at Revvity since May 2023 and has also been a Scientific Trainer at Horizon Discovery since May 2018, where responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs and ensuring consistent scientific messaging across customer-facing teams. Previously, Leslie served as a Scientific Support Specialist at Horizon Discovery, providing technical guidance related to gene modulation and editing technologies. Academic experience includes roles as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Regis University and a Lecturer at the National University of Singapore, where teaching responsibilities encompassed both lecture and laboratory courses. Additionally, Leslie held postdoctoral research fellow positions at the National University of Singapore and the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, focusing on cancer research using botanical compounds. Leslie earned a Ph.D. in Genetics and Cell Biology from Washington State University and holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Puget Sound.
