Michael C. English

Michael English, PE, CCP, LEED AP serves as the President of the Commissioning Division at FST Technical Services since December 2020, where FST provides testing, inspection, certification, and engineering solutions across various industries, including semiconductors and healthcare. Previously, Michael was the Founding Senior Partner at Horizon Engineering Associates, LLP from January 1995 to December 2020, specializing in building commissioning and serving as commissioning authority for over 90 million square feet and $20 billion in construction costs. Earlier in Michael's career, a position as a Sales Engineer at John Fehlinger Co involved sales and repair in steam, valves, heat transfer, and process control. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York Maritime College, earned in 1990.
