Chris Robinson

Chris Robinson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chris began their career in 1995 as an Extension Associate at North Carolina State University, where they were part of a team providing business management services to agriculture-related businesses. In 1998, they joined Clemson University as an Agri-Business Management Specialist, responsible for delivering business management services to agriculture-related businesses in South Carolina.

In 2003, Chris transitioned to the Delaware Department of Agriculture as an Agricultural Specialist, where they played a crucial role in various programs and regulations related to nutrient management and concentrated animal feeding operations. Chris contributed to the financial management and analysis of the Nutrient Management Planning Reimbursement Program and helped develop CAFO regulations for the state.

From 2005 to 2020, Chris worked at MidAtlantic Farm Credit, starting as a Loan Underwriter III and progressing to the roles of Corporate Underwriter and Corporate Credit Analyst at Horizon Farm Credit. In these roles, they performed financial analysis, credit underwriting, and loan monitoring for small to large accounts, providing recommendations to loan committees and ensuring compliance with loan covenants.

Later, they enrolled at the Darla Moore School of Business from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance and Marketing.
