Wayne Richard

Wayne Richard has diverse work experience in the agricultural industry. Wayne began their career in 2001 as a Farm Manager at Charles West Farms, Inc, where they worked until 2004. Following this, Wayne joined Horizon Farm Credit in 2004 and held various roles within the organization. Wayne started as an Area Manager and eventually became the Regional Vice President of Ag Lending in July 2022, a position they currently hold.

Wayne Richard obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from the University of Maryland between the years 1999 and 2001.
