Michelle Spears, CTP, currently serves as the Treasury Manager at Horizon Global since August 2020. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Treasury Manager at Spears Consulting from July 2017 to July 2020 and worked as a Senior Treasury Analyst at Lear Corporation from July 2007 to January 2016. Earlier experience includes positions as a Treasury Analyst at GDX Automotive and Ford Motor Company, as well as significant roles at Royal Sun Alliance and Consumers Energy. Michelle’s career began in operations management and freelance work, providing a diverse background in finance and treasury functions. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wayne State University, earned between 1987 and 1993, and graduated from Cass Technical High School in 1987.
