Yilong Chen

Yilong Chen is an experienced software engineer and feature owner with a proven track record in the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Feature Owner at TechM since September 2021, Yilong has led the implementation of key features for a luxury crossover vehicle project for Ford, focusing on enhancing engineering processes and customer protocols. With a background as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Horizon Global since November 2015, Yilong supports software development for ECU projects and is involved in compliance with Functional Safety standards. Previous roles include integration testing and software integration at organizations such as Visteon Corporation, Bosch USA, Ford Motor Company, and others, showcasing technical expertise in embedded systems, testing methodologies, and software development processes. Yilong holds a PhD from Shizuoka University.
